Baked Vegetable Samosa Recipe

- Cumin – 1/4 tsp
- Green chili – 5 finely chopped
- Onion – 1 chopped
- Boiled Potatoes – 3 medium sized
- Garam masala – 1/4 tsp
- Red chili powder – 1/2 tsp
- Ginger-garlic paste – 2 tsp
- Green coriander – 1 teaspoon
- Mustard seeds – 1/2 tspoon

- Baking powder – 1/3 tsp
- Pastry Puff Sheets – 6 or All Purpose Flour – 1 cup
- Water – 1/2 cup
- Ajwain – 2 tsp
- salt – as per taste
- Olive oil – 3 tbsp
How to make it (Recipe)
First of all mash the boiled potatoes after removing the peel. Then put two tablespoons of oil in the pan and heat it. Then add cumin seeds, mustard seeds, onion, green coriander, and ginger-garlic paste, and add salt as per taste. Then fry the spices for two minutes and turn off the gas. Now let this spice cool down.
Then if using pastry puffs, place them on top of the other and cut them in half with a knife. If you are using refined flour, then add celery, salt as per taste, and baking powder to the flour. Then add three tablespoons of oil for Moyan, add some water and knead the dough. Now cover it with a wet cloth and keep it for half an hour.
Now after half an hour make balls from this dough. Then roll it round like roti. Then cut it into two parts with a knife. Now make a triangle with the help of a palm, stick two parts with water and fill the potato masala in the middle of this cone. Then stick to the water connecting the edge of the corner.
Now freeze the samosas by placing them in a baking tray. Then apply olive oil to these samosas with a brush. Now bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit till golden brown. Finally, serve hot.
