The government has broadened the cutoff time for visit visa holders with bids for employment to apply for a work license without leaving the country.
”Foreign nationals who are in Canada as guests and who get a legitimate proposition for employment can keep on applying for, and get, a work grant without leaving the country until February 28th, 2025”
The arrangement, which was set to terminate on 28 February 2022, will presently go on until 28 February 2025.
This augmentation will permit Canadian firms to address their staff deficiency.
Before this strategy, visit visa holders needed to pass on Canada to get a work grant in the wake of finding a new line of a work offer.
To be qualified for this plan, the candidate should meet the accompanying rules
1-Have a substantial guest status in Canada while applying.
2-Get a proposition for employment that is supported by a Work Market Effect Evaluation (LMIA) or an LMIA-excluded deal of business.
3-Present an application for a business explicit work grant prior to the previously mentioned cutoff time.
