iPhone Smuggler Caught Red-Handed At The Airport.

According to sources, two passengers were caught with these items, which had arrived on Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) flight PK 182 from Sharjah. iPhones and other items were seized.

During the scanning of passengers’ baggage at the arrival hall, the customs staff inspected the baggage of Muhammad Fayyaz Siddique, a resident of Lahore, and Imran Tahir of Mandi Bahauddin.

From them,Above 200 iPhones with a market value of at least Rs.20 million were discovered. Further investigation revealed that some officials of ANF and Customs may be involved in the clearance of these mobile phones from the customs area.

In another similar incident, customs officials recovered iPhones worth over Rs. 20 million at Jinnah International Airport Karachi.

Customs spokesperson Syed Irfan Ali told the media that Muhammad Arshad Khan was arrested at the airport for trying to smuggle an iPhone. He was arriving in Karachi by flight EK-602 from USA to Dubai Karachi.

Arshad Khan cleverly hid several mobile phones and other accessories in his luggage. Authorities recovered 52 iPhones, including one iPhone 14 Pro Max, one iPhone 14 Plus, one iPhone 14, and five iPhone 14 Pros. The total price of these smartphones crossed Rs. 22 million with overdue taxes. 6 million

An FIR was lodged against the accused and he was arrested on the spot..
