- Asparagus 500 grams

For dressing:
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
- Vinegar 3 tablespoons
- Lemon juice 1 tbsp
- 6 tablespoons of crushed mint
- Salt and pepper to taste
 How to prepare:
First make the dressing. Put all the ingredients in a machine and mix well. Now take out this mixture and put it in a small bowl. Boil water well in a pot. When the water starts boiling, add salt and asparagus and boil for six minutes. Then drain the asparagus, rinse with cold water and set aside to dry. Set the heat on the stove to medium and place the shrimp between two pieces of hunter beef on the grill and cook for three to four minutes until cooked through. That the beef is crispy and the shrimp is hot. Arrange the salad leaves on four plates. Now add the cooked prawns to the asparagus and add them to the prepared dressing and mix slowly, then pour this mixture on the salad leaves and eat.
This salad is enough for four people.
