According to Kashmir Media Service, during the ongoing 4th Test match between India and Australia, the players were returning after the day’s play when the Hindu extremists mocked Shami and chanted Jaishree Ram and other Hindutva religious slogans.
Fast bowlers have been subjected to massive trolling in the past as well. Shami remained silent and there was no response. The video of this disgusting incident has gone viral and users seem to be divided on the issue. He is said to have bought more than 80% of the Test match tickets.
A few users termed the fans supporting Shami as Hinduphobic. Bias against Muslims in India is very deeply rooted which is not good for India.
