Islamabad: Now passport can be made in just 2 days, new policy has been implemented. According to the details, the government has issued a notification to provide passports to the citizens soon. The government has implemented the policy of quick issuance of new passports by eliminating the passport backlog, after the new notification citizens will be able to get passports within 10 days on normal fee and 4 days on urgent fee.
According to the notification issued, the fast track passport will be issued in just 2 days, all regional and executive passport offices were also ordered to display the notification. It should be noted that in the first week of April, the backlog of passports had crossed 5 lakhs, Urgent and Exact passports were also not being delivered within the stipulated period.

On the other hand, the last date for submission of biometric and valid passport of Hajj pilgrims has been fixed.

A meeting related to Hajj affairs was held under the chairmanship of Federal Minister of Religious Affairs, Senator Muhammad Talha Mahmood, in which Secretary Religious Affairs gave a detailed briefing on Hajj operations. The religious affairs secretary said that the biometrics of the pilgrims will be completed by April 28, while valid passports have also been requested from the pilgrims by April 28. The secretary says that the training conducted by all 10 Haj camps will start from April 27. It is mandatory to participate in the Hajj training held at the Tehsil and District level. Will be.
The federal minister said that no compromise will be made on the provision of facilities to the pilgrims and they will have to work day and night to complete the Hajj arrangements.
