The government has made the records of Tosha Khana public.
The 466-page record of Tosha Khana from 2002 to 2023 was made public.
Including the details of Toshakhana gifts of the President, Prime Ministers, and Ministers.
Former President Pervez Musharraf, former Prime Ministers Shaukat Aziz, Yusuf Raza Gilani included
Tosha Khana records of former prime minister Nawaz Sharif, Raja Pervaiz Ashraf, and Imran Khan are also included
Tosha Khana’s records of Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif and President Arif Alvi are also included
Most gifts of low value are kept by the recipient without payment as required by law
In 2002, there was a law to keep gifts worth less than 10 thousand rupees without payment.
Gifts worth Rs 10,000 to Rs 4 lakh were allowed with a payment of 15%.
Gifts worth more than 4 lakhs were allowed to be kept by the president or heads of government.
